Centered in Portland's historic Old Town the Market is one of the most popular shopping destinations for local handcrafted goods. The free-rail-zone max lines Blue and Red run right through it with a stop under the Burnside Bridge.
Saturday 8:30am - 2:00 pm, the Farmers Market at Portland State University offers fresh local tastes right on the South Park Blocks between SW Hall and SW Montgomery.

A 14min free-ride on the streetcar and few blocks walk gets you to great exhibits with free general admission for 17 and under.
