Contributing to Drupal Documentation
Have you been working with Drupal for a while, realizing that it’s an open source project and you’d like to give back, but you don’t know how? Consider contributing by improving the documentation of Drupal — anyone, regardless of experience level, can help make Drupal documentation better — even if you can’t write well or aren’t an expert on all things Drupal.
This session will cover: – Ways to contribute to Drupal (time and finances) – What kinds of documentation exist for Drupal (API and Handbook) – How to navigate and search Drupal documentation – What do do when you find a problem (error or omission) with Drupal documentation (how to improve it)
NOTE: Attached file (contribdoc.txt) is not gorgeous, but does contain the complete text and links shown in this talk. (The talk was done on a Drupal 7 test site, on my laptop, so that is the format I have available right now.)
