Komodo Edit is a powerful text editor with a lot of amazing but hidden features. As well, Komodo Edit and it’s big brother Komodo IDE are based on the same technology as Firefox, making it easier to extend using familiar technologies such as JavaScript, XML and Python.

In this talk I will highlight a range of extensibility options in Komodo that can be used easily by Drupal Developers to make their code more consistent, their deployments smoother, and their brain less fried at the end of the day. If you’re already using Komodo, this talk may show you how to get more power out of it. If you haven’t tried Komodo for PHP and Drupal development, you’re missing out!

This extension is of course open source, hosted on ActiveState’s workspace:

Cheers!
Chris
