Panels made my life so much easier but Panels 3 is different.

Again.

Building something with Panels and then hacking away at the theme layer to make it look pretty will be the focus of this presentation.

The drop is always moving, right? Makes us Drupalistas extra good at adaption (or perhaps at being frustrated).
